These are clubs created in schools and communities to help youths and teenagers to show case their talents and to get involved in our programs such soccer, Netball, Wizard Brain Spellers (Spelling Bee) and Girl power preparing leaders of tomorrow. Reproductive health education becomes easy to be taught to youths and teenagers through clubs.
It offers young people a safe environment in their schools and local community to come together and mix with their peers. It gives young people a sense of belonging in their schools and community. It forges positive relationships/friendships with their peers and the leaders in the club. Our clubs provide older teens with the opportunity to give something back to their clubs and their community by becoming aspiring Leaders through our Future Leadership Induction Programme training.
Our clubs provide opportunities for its members by offering them different skills through activities, workshops, trips and training in Future Leadership Induction Programme /Committee. These include regional and local activities, competitions, fun days, events, Junior Board of Management and many more. By being part of a club, young people grow their confidence, becoming more independent and learn to challenge themselves to take on projects. This will lead to a greater sense of connectedness and pride in their schools and local area.
Our clubs cannot operate without the dedication of the many volunteers across the county. These volunteers are ordinary people doing extraordinary work for the youth of their local communities. There is no doubt that schools and communities are enriched by having youth clubs that strongly believe in young people.
